How much does a website cost in Chicago?
At Granados AI, a custom website costs $5,000 one time. Then the Care plan is $500 a month. Care covers hosting, changes, missed call text back, an after-hours chat helper, review requests, Google profile care and a monthly report.
Many Chicago agencies charge $10,000 or more for a custom site. Cheap template sites cost less, but you often can't change them, and they look like everyone else's.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. We build a preview of your new home page for free. You don't need a card. You only pay if you want us to build the full site.
When do I pay?
You pay half of the $5,000 when you say yes. You pay the other half when you look at the finished site and say it's right. Care starts when your site goes live.
Do I own my website?
Your domain (your web address) is in your name from day one. After 12 months, you can take your site files for free. Your site is never held hostage.
Is there a contract?
Care is 12 months. After that, you pick: keep Care month to month, switch to hosting only for $800 a year, or take your site files for free.
What is missed call text back?
If you miss a call, our system sends a text right away, like "Sorry we missed you! How can we help?" The customer texts back and waits for you, instead of calling the next company.
Will my site show up on Google and ChatGPT?
We set up your site so Google and AI tools like ChatGPT can read it and understand what you do and where you work. We also care for your Google Business Profile. No honest company can promise you a spot at the top of Google, and we don't.
