Who we are

Granados AI ("we" or "us") builds websites for businesses. We are based in Chicago, IL. You can reach us at contact@granadosai.net or (773) 931-7802.

What we collect

• Forms on this website. When you ask for a free preview, we collect your name, company name, the services you offer, your current website or social page if you share it, your phone number or email (the one you pick) and a referral code if you have one.
• Where your visit came from. We save the ad tags in the link you clicked (like utm_source or fbclid), the first page you saw and the site that sent you, so we know which ad or partner sent you.
• Meta lead forms. If you fill out a form inside one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares what you typed with us.
• Cookies and the Meta Pixel. We may use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our ads. They can use cookies and information like your browser and IP address. When you send a form, we may send Meta a coded (hashed) version of your email and phone so it can match the visit to our ad.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records basic technical details when you visit, like your IP address, browser and the pages you open. We use them to keep the site safe and working.

How we use it

• To build your free preview and talk with you about it.
• To call, text or email you about your request and our services.
• To build, host and care for your website if you hire us.
• To measure and improve our ads.
• To pay a referral partner who sent you to us.
• To keep our website safe and follow the law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we can text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. How many messages you get depends on your request. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us. These include our website host (Cloudflare), our database provider (Supabase), our email provider (Google) and, for ads, Meta. We may also share information when the law requires it.

If a referral partner sent you to us, they may see your business name and whether you became a client, so we can pay them. They do not see your phone number or email from our system.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we need it to answer you and work with you, and as long as the law requires for records like invoices. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

• Ask us to see, fix or delete your information by emailing contact@granadosai.net. We answer within 30 days.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

Security

We use reasonable steps to protect your information, like encrypted connections and limited access. No way of sending or storing data online is perfectly safe.

Children

Our website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
